This organization is managed by 65 plus volunteered retired senior officers having excellent leadership qualities while in service. Our effort to register under Civil Society Organization Authority of Bhutan as a Non Govt. Organization (NGO) is in progress.

Membership to the Retired Service Personnel Association of Bhutan (RSPAB) is open to all retired officers from Royal Bhutan Army (Militia Officers inclusive), Royal Body Guards and Royal Bhutan Police.
